The Review of Litigation

Texas Law and The Review of Litigation thank you for taking interest in our journal.

We have included below answers to frequently asked questions that we receive. At the moment, we are currently reviewing articles for our fall 2024, spring 2025, and summer 2025 issues. If you have any additional inquiries, please submit them to TheReviewofLitigation@gmail.com.

Length: The Review’s articles typically range from 30 to 60 pages. In particular, we are seeking concise, well-written, and timely pieces that will be helpful to practitioners throughout the county.

Deadline: The Review will accept submissions on a rolling basis until an issue is “full.” We publish three issues a year (fall, winter, spring).

Submission Method: Authors may submit their manuscript for review either through the Scholastica submissions tool or by emailing their manuscript to: TheReviewofLitigation@gmail.com. Please also include a CV/resume.

Review Period: Each submission will be subjected to a rigorous and thorough review and preemption check.

Note: If an article has been accepted by another journal please request expedited review by emailing us at TheReviewofLitigation@gmail.com. Please provide your name, the name of your article, and the name of the journal that has offered you publication, and we will attempt to comply with your request as soon as possible.
